Where is The London Lolly Shop based?

We are a family-owned business based in Central Auckland, New Zealand. Our shop entrance is on Customs Street East, although we are part of the Queens Arcade family.

What is the 'Auckland CBD' State/Province seen in the address selection areas?

This is a special area defined by us where we are able to offer a same-day delivery service.  The area is supported by a map and shoppers are urged to check their address carefully before selecting 'Auckland CBD'. Selecting an incorrect location may result in non-delivery, or increased delivery costs!

Can I buy from outside NZ?

You can make a purchase from outside NZ - but only if the shipping address is within NZ. Unfortunately international shipping has proved prohibitive.

You can also pay via Cheque (NZ Only) or Postal / Money Order. Always ensure that you include your Order Number with your payment..

How secure is my information?

The London Lolly Shop website is hosted on a secure server. When you enter your personal information (name, address etc) the link to us is a secure one (you can tell because the domain name starts with https and not just http - also you may see a closed padlock depending on which browser you use).

What do you do with my email address?

We do not divulge any of your information to third parties.

If you have chosen to join our mailing list we will send you details of Special Offers, Competitions and News etc. But we will never pass on your details to anybody else! On all of our e-mail communications to you we will give you the opportunity to easily have your name removed from our mailing list.

How can I tell what a sweet contains?

We try to check all sweets to see if the the manufacturer has given any information about whether or not the product contains nuts. Where there is such information we have endeavoured to  reproduce it on the website. The statement that a sweet contains nuts, may contain traces of nuts or the lack of any statement is a reflection of the status of the sweet to the best of our knowledge and should be treated as such.

What if you don't have what I want?

If you can't find what you are looking for, please drop us an email.  We continually have new stock arriving and update our online store as quickly as possible, however if you can't find it, it is always a good idea to ask. We can also order new products based on demand.

Can I have different items sent to different addresses?

Buying on behalf of others? Our clever shopping cart supports multiple shipping addresses.  Order all your Christmas presents from us online. Easy!

What is your policy regarding returns?

Should any product be found to be defective, or not as anticipated, please return the product to us along with your details and information regarding the issue and we will provide your with a store credit to the value of the returned item(s)

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed an order with us you can always click on the 'My Account' link at the top of each page and view details of all of your orders, past and current!  When ever a shipment is dispatched we will send you an email with confirmation and tracking details.

Can I buy in bulk?

 Yes, we are able to provide products in bulk. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
