What are your shipping charges?

The current charges are:
Auckland $4.90
Rest of North Island $5.50
South Island $5.90

Rural - add $5 - Please note Waiheke Island is considered Rural

 

How long does shipping take?

We endevour to get get any orders in by 7am, out that same day, Otherwise it will be the next business day.

Generally it's the next business day if you are in Auckland. Allow 2 days for the rest of the North Island and 3 for the South Island. Rural Deliveries can take an extra 3 days. PLEASE remember these dates are intended as guides only and we cannot control WHEN your package arrives. Delays can happen.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No sorry.

 

What's is a Best Before date, and is it safe to consume if past?

Yes it's safe! Where a "use by" date is a matter safety a Best Before is a manufacturers guarantee of quality, and is set by manufacturers using whatever criteria they want. There is no science. For instance Walker's crisps have a shelf life of 14 weeks from manufacture yet other crisps can have 6 months or more - in the same type of packaging! Once an item is past it's Best Before it is up to us to manage - and we do! Products beyond the date are tested by us on a regular basis. See our specials page and grab a bargain!
